PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records of relating to the enquiry notice dated 01.12.2015 in NaKa No. 3774/2015 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has got an employment with the Government in the destitute widow quota. On an allegation made that the petitioner obtained the said job by suppressing the factum of subsequent marriage, an enquiry has been initiated by the respondent No. 2 through the inquiry notice dated 01.12.2015. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court, placing reliance upon the order passed on 03.09.2013 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mettur, Salem District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts stated above, the petitioner cannot be termed as a person aggrieved at this stage. She has been merely asked to come for an enquiry by the respondent No.

2. Instead of placing relevant materials before the respondent No. 2 in pursuance of the enquiry notice, the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

rushed to this Court by way of filing this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to give suitable reply to the respondent No. 2 in pursuance of the enquiry notice dated 01.12.2015.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
