This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records pending in Crime No.5 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Chennai and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up, after hearing the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and when this Court expressed that the prayer for quashing the FIR cannot be entertained for the reason that there is a specific overtact alleged against the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
