Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of orders dated 03.07.2018 made by this Court in Comp.A.Nos.565 and 566 of 2017.

2. Pursuant to the aforesaid orders, the 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' ('OL' for brevity) has filed a report dated 03.07.2018. Most relevant part of the report is paragraph 5 and the same reads as follows:

'5. That the Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 23.10.2017 in C.A.Nos.565 & 566/2017 has fixed the upset price as Rs.2.41 lakh in respect of movables lying at 3rd Floor, 'KARUNAI KUDIL' No.226, Cathedral Road, Chennai and to issue sale notice in OL's Website to invite sealed tenders for sale of said assets. Accordingly, the Official Liquidator has issued sale notice twice in OL's Website and no purchaser has come forward to purchase the movable assets lying in the said premises.'

3. Adverting to the aforesaid paragraph No.5 in the report dated 03.07.2018, Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator representing the OL, submitted that three months time frame fixed by this Court in order dated 03.07.2018 has since elapsed. Saying so, learned Deputy OL, requested that time may please be extended by another two months from today, so as to enable the OL to take every other possible http://www.judis.nic.in

vsm/mp effort with regard to handing over possession of the premises, after, doing the needful with regard to sale of movables and effects.

4. In the light of paragraph 5 of the report dated 03.07.2018, this request is acceded to. In other words, OL will have time till 30.06.2019 to do the needful with regard to handing over the vacant possession of the premises.
