This petition has been filed to amend the cause title in respect of the fourth respondent as the Fit Person, Ardhanareswar Temple, Aravamuthu Garden Street, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008, instead of the Trustees, Ardhanareswar Temple, Aravamuthu Garden Street, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.

Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the Fit Person, Ardhanareswar Temple, Aravamuthu Garden Street, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008, and he has no objection to amending the cause title as prayed for in respect of the fourth respondent.

The learned counsel representing other parties also do not have any objection to the said amendment.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
