It is stated that the order of this Court dated 06.06.2024 which is alleged to have been not complied with and the subject matter of the contempt petition is now stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. In view of the said fact, this Contempt petitioner is permitted to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to review it, if the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court enures to its benefit.
