ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6991 of 2022, thereby directing the respondents to consider the proposal for the petitioner's appointment and approve the same within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied
with by the third respondent by the proceeding dated 27.08.2024. He also produced a copy of the proceeding passed by the third respondent dated 27.08.2024 before this Court.
