ESUDURAI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 3 days in preferring the C.M.A. against the judgement and decree dated 19.02.2019 passed in M.C.O.P.No.541 of 2015 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub-Judge, Sathyamanagalam(in CMP.No.14784 of 2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.NALLIYAPPAN,Advocate for 1st Respondent,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3 days in preferring the appeal.

2. Heard Mr.G.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
