O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the Principal Sub- Ordinate Judge, Tindivanam to dispose of the above said suit in O.S.No.135 of 2017.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff. He filed a suit for ejection and delivery of possession and for recovery of arrears of rent. The defendant / respondent herein has denied the plaint averments and filed written statement in March 2018. The petitioner / plaintiff filed an Interlocutary Application under Order 15 Rule 4 CPC to strike of the defence of the defendant / respondent.

3. Perusal of the documents shows that the stay application is pending from the year 01.12.2018. Since the respondent / tenant failed to pay the rentals, the petitioner / landlord is facing great hardship and financial loss. Therefore, he seeks early disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances a direction is issued to the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam to dispose of the Interlocutory Application filed by the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

strike of the defence of the defendant / respondent and thereafter dispose of the suit in O.S.No.135 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of disposal of the Interlocutory Application.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
