O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking for writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue relieving order to the petitioner. 2.The petitioner would state that he participated in the selection process to the post of Village Administrative officer in the year 2009-2011 recruitment. Since he was not issued with appointment order, she participated in the next selection and she was appointed as Village Administrative Officer by order of the second respondent dated 07.03.2013. The petitioner would further state that based on the order passed in WP.No.10218 of 2014, the petitioner was issued an appointment order for selection held in the year 2009-2011 and she was also allotted to Sivagangai District. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted an application to issue relieving order to the second respondent on 19.08.2015 and representation to the first respondent on 03.11.2015. Since, it was not considered, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.D.Raghu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, Special Government pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 19.08.2015 and 03.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
