For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking substituted service in relation to fifth respondent, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily, 'Makkal Kural', in the place where respondent nos.2 and 3 are residing, mentioning the date of hearing as 25.07.2019.
