ORDER

This Writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to receive the settlement deed dated 10.02.2025.

2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the settlement deed was presented for registration before the third respondent, the deed has not been received. Therefore, aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition seeking the above relief.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, if the document is presented for registration, it will be received and dealt with in the manner known to law.

4. Considering the rival submissions and the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to present the settlement deed dated 10.02.2025 for registration and if the document is presented, the third 2/4

respondent is directed to receive the document and deal it in accordance with law, by registering the document if it is otherwise in order or return the document by issuing check slip with adequate reasons.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
