This Court vide order dated 01.10.2021 directed the revision petitioner to pay the respondent a sum of Rs.7,30,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Thirty Thousand Only) within six weeks time from 01.10.2021. In the meanwhile, the Rent Controller is directed not to proceed further with the matter. Accordingly, today the learned counsel for the respondent/landlord submitted that the matter has been settled and the possession was handed over by the revision petitioner/tenant to the respondent on 21.10.2021.

4. In view of the above, the order dated 01.10.2021 has been complied with.
