Mr.S.Patrick COMMON ORDER The application in A.No.2376 of 2025 has been filed to vacate the interim injunction granted on 23.04.2025 in O.A.No.432 of 2025 in C.S.No.92 of 2025.
2. The application in A.No.2565 of 2025 has been filed to punish the respondent/defendant for willfully disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in O.A.No.432 of 2025 in C.S.No.92 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025.
3. The original application in O.A.No.432 of 2025 has been filed for interim injunction against the defendant to not to disturb the 1st and 2nd plaintiffs from functioning as Principal and The Bursar respectively in the Concordia Theological Seminary, Nagercoil (CTSN) in the guise of the Dismissal Letters dated 25.03.2025 issued to the plaintiffs. 3/6
4. In view of the Resolution made by the respondents, withdrawing the order of termination of the applicant, there will be no useful purpose in adjudicating the said applications any further.
5. Accordingly, all the three applications are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
