This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13492 of in Crl.O.P.No.6519 of 2023, viz., the petitioners are directed to report before the CBCID North Head quarters, Guindy for every first and third Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
