ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.74 of 2023 expeditiously within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the final report in Crime No.74 of 2023 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate concerned in LTN No.20230002584C-202400042 on 16.05.2024.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
