The petitioners have come forward with the present writ petition seeking for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's unnumbered Appeal No. of 2013 pertaining to cancellation of patta for S.No.472/1B, Mookandapalli Village, Hosur Taluk and Krishnagiri District, within stipulated time.
