(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The appeal is against the common order dated 18.12.2023 made in several Writ Petitions.

2. As against one of the Writ Petitions, which was subject matter of common order viz., W.P.No.12493 of 2023, the Government had filed an appeal in W.A.No.3633 of 2024. The said appeal was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 28.01.2025 confirming the common order passed.

3. Hence, we do not think we can entertain this appeal. The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
