This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.M.P.No.170 of 2013 dated 21.01.2013 passed by Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam confirmed Crl.R.P.No.7 of 2013 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, (Principal District Judge) Cuddalore and set aside the order dated 22.03.2013.
