(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner has made representation dated 13.06.2016 alleging that the private 6th respondent is carrying on construction in prohibited areas contrary to the terms and conditions of the permission granted vide letter dated 03.02.2015.

2. The respondents are thus directed to verify the position, and if infirmities are found, take action in accordance with law.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
