(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

Heard Mr.Maheshnath A., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that subsequently, after the disposal of the writ petition, local body election has been conducted, in which, the petitioner was elected as the President of the Guruvappanaickanoor Village and therefore, after the change of Presidentship, it is necessary to add the present incumbent as a party to this appeal.

We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petition and on the basis of the reasons stated therein and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
