ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 318(4) of BNS, in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seek anticipatory bail. 1/4

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending at the current paper stage and an FIR has not been registered.

In view of the same, the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the respondent Police in the investigation and shall appear before the respondent police for enquiry and interrogation, as and when required. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioners.
