O R D E R

This petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2020 submitted to the third respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. On receipt of the representation of the petitioner, the third respondent forwarded the same to the Inspector of Police, Attur Town Police Station. Thereafter, they issued summons to the petitioner and the counter parties and conducted a detailed enquiry and closed by an order dated 01.08.2020.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the representation of the petitioner, the petitioner was not called for any enquiry and the copy of the order was not yet served to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the copy of the order dated 01.08.2020, was served to the petitioner herein.

6. In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order dated 01.08.2020, in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs. 06.07.2022 Internet : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking / Non Speaking order mn/cda
