This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16444 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 10872 of 2023 on 13.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the 1st petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every month and the 2nd petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
