This criminal revision case has been filed praying to revise the order passed by the learned Special Court of Vigilance and Anti Corruption Cases, Villupuram (FAC) Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Villupuram in Crl.M.P.No.229 of 2023 in Spl.C.No.2 of 2022 2.

The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that now charges have been framed framed against the petitioner and the matter has been posted for trial on 09.07.2026.

Therefore at the stage of trial, the prayer sought for in this criminal revision case cannot be considered since the prayer in this criminal revision case has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. However, the trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
