This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2015 and 04.11.2015 and take appropriate legal action against the 5th respondent. ORDER

The petitioner is landlord of the respondent No. 5, alleging that the said respondent is running the school in the property of the petitioner situated at door No. 27/1, Radhakrishnan Salai, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600 087, without having appropriate permission. A complaint was made by the petitioner to the Authorities on 06.07.2015. On receipt of the same, the respondent No. 3 has referred it to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent No. 4, as per the proceedings dated 21.09.2015 in O.M.No. 2377/A1/2015. It was followed by another representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2015 to the respondent No. 4. Despite the same, since no immediate steps are taken by the respondent No. 4, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case and taking note of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2015 with the respondent No. 4, the said authority is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondent No. 5.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
