The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the third respondent to disburse the duty period of arrears salary from 16.07.2016 to 21.09.2016 as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings dated 16.03.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent and to direct to 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2017.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and in this regard, the competent authority passed an order in proceedings dated 12.02.2018. thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
