The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of I.P.C in Crime No.430 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This petition has been filed seeking interstate anticipatory bail and the petition itself was filed before this Court on 05.05.2024 and now we are in the month of October 2025 and so far the respondent police have not taken any steps for arresting the petitioner and it reveals that as on date, there is no apprehension or arrest and the interstate anticipatory bail would only be granted for four weeks to approach the concerned the Jurisdictional Magistrate and already five months completed.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. 16.10.2025 sma To 2/4
