Sections 275 and 123 of BNS, 2023 r/w 24(1) of Cigarette ad Other Tobacco Product Act, 2003.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act.
