ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenu - Karthik, aged 19 years. Alleging that the detenu is in the illegal custody of a third party, the present petition has been filed.

2. The detenu is produced before us. On enquiry, the detenu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has stated that he is not in the illegal custody of anybody and he is 20 years old. However, he has expressed his unwillingness to go with the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this matter and this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly setting the detenu at liberty.
