ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders passed in Crl.O.P. No.5418 of 2026 dated 18.03.2026. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court since 24.03.2026.
3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and taking into account that the petitioner is a student, the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.5418 of 2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
