By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo dated 21.11.2006 issued by the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the respondent passed final orders in the disciplinary proceedings on 21.12.2015 by issuing G.O.(2D)No.609, Revenue [Ser-2(2)] Department, dated 21.12.2015.

4. In view of the above fact, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to challenge the order in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
