Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.784 of 2014 in O.S.No.57 of 2009 dated 18.12.2015 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode.

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. However, he makes a prayer for a direction to the first respondent/plaintiff to produce the Will relied on by her within a time

to be fixed by this Court. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.

2.Endorsement is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The first respondent/plaintiff shall produce the Will relied on by her along with a memo within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Only thereafter, she shall be permitted to carry out the amendment. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
