ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Today, when this writ petition was taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the competent authority and he has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned seeking any other appropriate relief. No costs.
