The writ petitioner has approached the 2nd respondent bank by way of representation dated 05.11.2013 to continue his B.E., (Civil Engineering) Degree in Jai Shriram Engineering College, Avinashipalayam,Tiruppur. Since there was no response from the respondent bank, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent bank submitted that the petitioner had joined the 2nd respondent college in the year 2013 and completed his four years B.E., (Civil Engineering) Degree during the year 2017, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, seeking prayer to grant the education loan for the 2013.

3. In view of the the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent bank, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
