Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2016.

ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the land admeasuring to an extent of 16.5 cents out of 33 cents in S.No.197/7, Irungattukottai Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, through a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.528/12, dated 23.01.2012, registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Sriperumbudur and vide application / representation dated 23.01.2012, she prayed for issuance of patta and since no response is forthcoming, she came forward to file the present writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation/application dated 12.07.2016 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
