ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the husband seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, to decide and dispose of I.A.No.125 of 2015 in G.O.P.No.92 of 2012, (which has been filed seeking visiting right) pending on its file, within a limited time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. In the application, it is stated that the guardianship and physical custody of the child is vested with the mother and the husband agreed for the same, taking into account the paramount of the interest of the child. It is alleged that visiting right is denied to him by the wife and by the School authorities also. The affection and anxiety of the father to see the child would have made the petitioner to move this application.

3. Considering the anxiety involved for the petitioner to visit the child, the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.125 of 2015 in G.O.P.No.92 of 2012, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
