This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent re-issuance of petitioner's passport with fresh pages bearing Application reference MA51C5044853923 on 22.05.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's Application in reference MA51C5044853923 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the representation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
