Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take action against the respondents 2 to 4 herein and remove from the respective posts based on the representation dated 01.06.2016 under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner claims to the member of Shyam Thirth Flat Owners and Residence Welfare Association and has submitted a representation dated 01.06.2016 to the 1st respondent alleging mismanagement and misconduct on the part of the office bearers of the said Association and since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in her representation or in the writ petition, directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the respondents 2 to 4 and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
