ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in Crime No.38 of 2011 has been investigated and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirupathur in CC.No.49 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though this Court has stayed the proceedings in Crime No.38 of 2011, the respondent Police has filed charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However the petitioner is at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law.
