This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 02.12.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21870 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent submitted that the pensionary benefits has been granted in favour of the petitioner and the relevant proceedings were also placed before this Court.

3.In view of the same, the orders passed by this Court has been complied with and accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
