When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main appeal in Crl.A.No.132 of 2023 itself was disposed of by judgment dated 28.08.2023 by recording the compromise between the parties and compounding the offence under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The copy of the judgment was also placed before this Court.
