ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the records relating to Crime No. 211 of 2020 on the file of the first Respondent Police and to quash the same as against the Petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and a final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Court in e-filing No.LTN20220001744C202600006.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
