ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.9309 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 14.04.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.9309 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
