Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders which was passed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.10838/2022 by an order dated 01.06.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ALI HASSAN KHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10838 of 2022 on 01.06.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
