This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Nada No. 3942/2014/A3, dated 24.12.2014 and to quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward to file the writ petition challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Nada No. 3942/2014/A3, dated 24.12.2014, under Section 49(1) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act by which a Fit person has been appointed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Taking note of the fact that the impugned order is appealable under Section 21 of the Act, the present writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file such appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till such time, status quo as on today shall be maintained.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
