ORDER
The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(i) imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7143 of 2026 dated 07.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an agriculturist and he found it very difficult to pay Rs.4 lakhs as directed by this Court.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.
4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 07.04.2026 in Para No.7(i), that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000 (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.32 of 2026 is modified to Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.32 of 2026. Time is extended for a period of two weeks from today to execute the sureties. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Any submission of the petitioner with regard to the payment of Rs.1,00,000/- will not prejudice the defense of the petitioner.
