As seen from the affidavit of service, the respondent has been duly served. Registry is directed to print the name of the respondent in the cause list.

2. This application has been filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the petitioners for condoning the delay. The respondent has also not entered appearance till date. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the O.P. if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
