A.No.2841 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 161 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused to the death of the sole plaintiff Manikandan in the above suit.

A.No.2842 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th defendant in the above suit. A.No.2843 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record 1. M.Bharathi 2.M.Prasanth 3.M.Dhamodharan 4. Govindammal as legal representatives of the deceased 5th defendant R.Manikandan and rank them as defendants 7, 8, 9 and 10 in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

Gv applications, this Court is inclined to allow these applications, on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable to the respondents.

5. The learned counsel for the applicants has paid a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) directly to the learned counsel for the respondents and the learned counsel for the respondents has also made an endorsement to that effect.

6. Accordingly, these applications are allowed.

7. Post the main case before this court on 27.09.2022 to carry out the amendment.
