2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials.

3. Having regard to the fact that the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner has to be brought on record, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4. Post the main Civil Revision Petition on 26.07.2022 for final disposal.
