ORDER

(Order of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking ordinary leave for the petitioner's brother viz.,Vengadesan, S/o.Chinnaraji, aged about 42 years, bearing confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, for a period of one month.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was released on emergency leave, without escort on 28.07.2012 for 3 days and he was supposed to return on 01.08.2012, but he failed to do so and had absconded and could be recaptured only after 10 years on 10.10.2022.

3. In view of the earlier conduct of the prisoner, the prayer sought for does not deserve consideration and hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
